A non-profit organization that helps homeless and at-risk youth by providing them with stable housing, full-time employment, and life-changing access to mountain experiences like skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and hiking.
Get Housing & Employment Program:This program is for youth aged 19-27 living in BC. They work with diverse young people who face barriers to stable housing and employment, including Indigenous, newcomer, and 2SLGBTQIA+ youth. Youth have access to employment support, affordable housing, peer support network, and outdoor recreation on Whistler Blackcomb.
Get Outside Program: In collaboration with community partners, each year Zero Ceiling help hundreds of marginalized youth experience snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking, and hiking at Whistler Blackcomb. Youth will have access to full day lessons, lift tickets, equipment, and mentorship. All adventures are free of charge for youth, aged 16 to 27, who don't have access to the outdoors
